Portable Light Weight Handicapped Folding Electric Power Wheelchair with Lithium Ion Battery
Model: F309
Description
Folding electric wheelchairs are generally use of lightweight compact lithium battery, designed to be small, unique frame, can be folded into a small convenient storage, so travel by plane, high-speed rail, cruise ships can be carried out, and in the process of transportation connection folding electric wheelchair can play a more useful role.
The portable folding electric wheelchair, due to the use of lithium battery design, relatively small and light, the weight is generally 20 kg, the battery capacity is generally designed in the range of aviation standards (The airline says the on-board battery rating cannot exceed 100-160wh, and each person can carry two batteries).

Wheelchair Details
Electric wheelchair, different from the traditional manual wheelchair, is an upgrading one which is equipped with the high-powered actuating device, intelligent manipulation device, lithium batteries and so on.Electric wheelchair is a high-tech product which possesses the intelligent controller that can complete the actions as forward, reverse, turning around. One key easy folding, can be carried as lugguage.
Joystick can be mounted for left or right-hand use.
Anti-tip device is for safety traveling uphill.
Arm rests can be lift up for convenient access.
Electromagnetic brakes engage automatically when joystick is took off.
Regulations of the civil aviation administration of China
According to the regulations of the civil aviation administration of China on strengthening the management of safe air transport of lithium batteries, the lithium content/energy limit of the following levels shall be imposed on the batteries or spare batteries in the equipment carried by passengers,
1. Lithium metal batteries contain no more than 2g of lithium.
2. Lithium ion battery rated energy does not exceed 100wh.
3. Those exceeding 100wh but not exceeding 160wh must be approved by the airline before they can be loaded on the equipment of checked and transported baggage or hand baggage.
4. The new standard has one obvious difference from the past: lithium content is used as the standard of measurement for lithium metal battery, and lithium energy (unit: watt-hour) is used as the standard of measurement for lithium ion battery.
Currently, lithium-ion batteries used in portable electronics or portable power supplies are typically only labeled with the capacity in milliampere-hours (mAh), which is converted from capacity to energy. When the battery is known of the nominal voltage ( V ) and nominal capacity (Ah), energy can be calculated by numerical: wh = V * Ah, nominal voltage (3.6 V or 3.7 V) and nominal capacity are identified on the cell body, if the nominal capacity of battery unit is the mAh, can be divided by 1000 with the mAh value namely Ah (ampere hour).
For example, a certain type of electric wheelchair has two lithium batteries, 12V 10AH * 2, so the energy quantity is: 12V*10AH=120WH. According to the regulations, 120WH lithium batteries are allowed to be carried into the plane.(lithium batteries over 160WH are not allowed on board).
